They do have great products, but the competition has caught up with them in the last several years so I have decided to never purchase anything from then again, and I am telling everyone I know and work with what has happened. If this was the first time I have had this kind of problem with them responding in a prompt manner I would be more forgiving. I have well over $1500.00 dollars worth of their hardware and software and I really wanted to use Excaliber on a time-sensitive project. I contacted customer service 3 times in the last 7 days and I have got no response AT ALL. All of my other software allows for multiple authorizations, so no problem there. It is odd that I only am allowed one authorization for this software. It fried in a lightning strike and I cannot get into it to transfer my license to a new machine. I am trying to have them deactivate my license for Excaliber because I don't have that computer anymore. This is the second instance that Izotope has given me terrible customer service.
